Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

As a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach in Education with Leadership Excelleration (LE), Steve Kramer brings more than 40 years of experience in education, including over 25 years as an Education Leader and Superintendent of a high performing school district.

Steve is a leadership coach, planning content expert and leadership facilitator who supports client success with practical and strategic insights. Steve’s passion for developing educational leaders and increasing school district performance is an excellent complement to the Leadership Excelleration consulting team.

Steve has a Master’s of Education Degree in Education Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education from the University of Cincinnati. He has also served in leadership roles in many local and statewide organizations.
