Nonprofit Services

Nonprofit leaders are driven by mission and required to create an energizing vision to engage volunteers, donors, team members and the community.  Many leader development programs do not take into consideration the unique context in which non-profit leaders must succeed. However, Leadership Excelleration is unique in offering an integrated individual coaching and organizational development approach, which helps leaders succeed in serving their organizations.

We empower leaders at all levels to leverage their strengths and develop new mindsets, skillsets, and toolsets to move the organization forward. Focusing on culture development and change, Leadership Excelleration supports leaders and boards for nonprofits who need to transform their teams to lead into the future.

Leadership Excelleration will also work with you to design custom programs based on your strategic goals and objectives. Contact us today and let’s talk about how we can best serve you.

Focus on Values & Strengths

When I started working with my Executive Coach, I knew that I had the challenge of leading a large and diverse academic unit. She helped me to think about how to clarify my ideas and to communicate effectively using my leadership profile and skills. Her advice is never generic advice that would apply to any dean--instead she starts from an understanding of our institution, our values, and my strengths assessments. She has also helped me to bring an awareness of how to empower my leadership team to bring additional skills to support our unit. In the time that I've worked with my Executive Coach, I am much more confident and effective.
