Senior Consultant and Executive Coach

Dr. Monique Johnson, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Leadership Excelleration (LE), is an experienced versatile leader with over 20 years of experience in career development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership who has helped individuals and organizations open doors and break barriers.

As a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS), she is a committed practitioner who provides services tailored to her clients. She enjoys coaching at all levels from the undergraduate college student to the executive-level professional who is looking to grow, transition, or pivot in their career. She is currently serving a three-year term as the Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) Commissioner for the National Career Development Association. She has also completed a professional coach training program certified through the International Coach Federation.

She has demonstrated experience working with organizations to diversify their workplace cultures through inclusive planning, training, recruitment and retention, and program development. She has also worked with school districts to create more diverse and inclusive environments that support student learning.

Dr. Johnson has held positions as a college administrator, assistant professor, project director, and career services professional. She earned her doctorate degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Counselor Education with a focus in Higher Education Administration and a minor in Human Resource Development.
