Our Emerging Leader Development Program consists of six live, virtual sessions over 12 weeks. Each 90-minute session is designed to engage, challenge, and empower participants.

Meet Your Facilitator, Cindy Weingartner
Cindy Weingartner is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Leadership Excelleration (LE), where she brings extensive experience in developing leaders at every stage—from emerging to senior levels. She is passionate about helping leaders live their values and build emotional intelligence to overcome hidden barriers and lead with authenticity.
With over 30 years in sales, sales leadership, talent management, and training, Cindy has spent the last 15 years focused on leadership development. She has designed and facilitated programs for global pharmaceutical companies including Novartis, Daiichi Sankyo, and AstraZeneca, and serves as an Executive Coach for programs such as Cincinnati’s WE Lead and the County of Santa Barbara’s Emerging Leaders. Cindy holds a BBA from Ohio University and certifications from iPEC, ICF, CCL, and Wiley’s Everything DiSC.
