Beth Conger is an executive coach and leadership development expert who helps leaders and teams align mindset, behavior, and impact for transformational growth. She uncovers leadership roadblocks, reveals the “why,” and guides leaders toward more empowered, high-impact leadership. With 25+ years of experience in executive communications, brand strategy, and culture transformation, she specializes in coaching, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
A dynamic facilitator, Beth designs proprietary leadership programs, including Human Intelligence: Maximizing EI, SI, GI & CI for the Win and Conflict to Conversation: 8 Mindset Shifts for Success, fostering collaboration, trust, and lasting change. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (ELDS), and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), with a B.A. in Public Relations from Syracuse University.
