Diane Egbers
Diane Egbers, Founder and CEO of Leadership Excelleration, Inc. (LEI) and author of The Ascending Leader, engages with clients and guides a consulting team to provide all aspects of executive coaching, organizational consulting, and leadership programs. Diane understands her client’s needs by leveraging experience serving more than 250 organizations and her prior role as VP of Human Resources.
For the past 25 years it has been her passion to serve leaders as a dynamic executive coach, master facilitator, and management consultant. Diane works collaboratively with leaders to set and achieve goals that involve acclimating to new teams, establishing a legacy for success, cultivating the strengths of key talent and realizing the potential for success at all levels. This may include: coaching leaders, strategy planning, conducting talent assessments, facilitating leadership teams, as well as assessing organizational capacity to enhance performance.
Diane holds a master’s degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from the University of Cincinnati. She is a dynamic national speaker and has published articles on leadership, executive coaching and organizational effectiveness.
Diane’s certifications include: Emotional Intelligence (Hay Group), Executive Coaching (Linkage) and High Performance Culture Development (Denison), Cultural Intelligence (Cultural Intelligence Center), and Women’s Leadership Advancement Certification (Linkage).
