Jackie McNary

Jackie McNary serves as our Learning and Development Project Manager and brings more than 13 years of leadership experience across non-profit and for-profit organizations. Jackie plays a vital role in client engagement, project management, and instructional design, and she also leads the development and management of Leadership Hub Live, our innovative online learning platform that brings leadership development to your fingertips—making growth accessible, engaging, and meaningful for leaders everywhere.

With a deep interest in the evolving role of AI in leadership, Jackie integrates AI-enhanced tools, strategies, and learning experiences into our programs to help clients maximize their impact. Grounded in servant leadership, she is passionate about helping others grow, supporting leaders at every level, and creating experiences that are both practical and transformative.

A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education. Outside of work, she enjoys music, the arts, and spending as much time as possible outdoors during the summer months.
