Jeff Shaver, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Leadership Excelleration (LE), is a seasoned certified facilitator and Associate Certified Coach. He believes that the key to success begins by co-creating a vision together with his clients to ultimately develop a roadmap toward a desired future state. He has witnessed individuals and teams achieve extraordinary outcomes when they are engaged throughout the process and leveraging their strengths to drive the best results. Jeff has an instinct for recognizing potential in individuals and draws on his background in organizational learning to foster strategic growth for both the individual and the organization. He brings over 15 years of experience in sales, training, organizational development, and process improvement leadership that equips him to better understand his clients’ needs and how to best support them in accomplishing their goals. Jeff has worked with leaders across industries including higher education, retail, technology, service, and others.

Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Miami University.

Jeff’s certifications include: Associate Certified Coach credential (International Coaching Federation), Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (College of Executive Coaching), Change Tools and Methodology (Change Guides, LLC), MBTI and CPI 260 Leadership assessment (The Myers-Briggs Company), and certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) and LeanOhio.
