It was there he helped to develop, deliver and sustain one of the largest employee engagement and training roll-outs, often cited as a key to DHL’s unprecedented turnaround.
Phil specializes in a 21st century approach to helping people attain their fullest potential. Lately he has worked with a broad range of organizations establishing a strong proficiency for learning and development built upon a common-sense approach to strategic improvement. He relates as well to senior leaders as he does front-line employees, often in a refreshingly straight-forward manner.
Phil is a certified facilitator and coach who works to develop employee performance from within. He is an innovative consultant possessing real life experience in solving organizational needs through enhanced leadership performance.
