Diane has a gift for inspiring while being hands-on helping leaders surround themselves with the right talent to achieve high performance, sustain it over time, and to create cultures with leadership continuity. Diane is also passionate about emerging trends in multigenerational leadership progression, high-performing cultures, cultural intelligence and inclusion, as well as elevating women in leadership roles.

A voracious learner, Diane’s passion is to invite others to grow. You’ll frequently find her speaking and writing on a range of leadership topics.

What’s prepared her…

After quickly rising to executive roles in human resources, Diane’s entrepreneurial spirit drove her to found Leadership Excelleration (LE). Fast forward over twenty years, she and her team have coached and developed thousands of leaders and hundreds of leadership teams from luminary startups to F100 multinationals. All along the way, Diane models the way by seeking her own professional mentors to push her to learn and develop. She has a master’s degree in human resources from Xavier University and a Business and Economics degree from the University of Cincinnati.

For Diane, it’s always about maximizing leaders so they can break through barriers and mobilize others to achieve. They know she will meet them wherever they are on their path, speak to the reality she sees with caring concern, and shape the path with clients to get the best results.

If a party needs a plan, there’s Diane. She loves to create beautiful spaces where people can connect, relax, and rejuvenate. She never misses a chance to have fun with family and friends. She has traveled extensively and loves to experience new cultures!

How she’s making a difference in the community…

Diane founded and serves as Board Chair of a nonprofit called Grant Us Hope. In three short years, the organization has created positive change in the culture of 60+ Ohio schools, impacted countless young lives to promote mental wellness, and garnered national attention.
