As a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Leadership Excelleration (LE), Cindy Weingartner has extensive experience developing and coaching leaders at every stage of their development from emerging leaders to senior leaders. Cindy is dedicated to developing authentic leaders who live their values and develop their Emotional Intelligence skills to discover and overcome the hidden barriers to their success.
With over 30 years’ experience in sales, sales leadership, Talent Management, and training, the last 15 years have been focused on developing leaders. Prior to joining the LE team, Cindy has been designing, developing, and facilitating Leadership Development Programs for global pharmaceutical organizations such as Novartis, Daiichi Sankyo, and AstraZeneca. In addition, she is engaged as an Executive Coach for several leadership programs such as the Cincinnati WE Lead Women’s Leadership Development Program and the County of Santa Barbara Emerging Leaders program.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University and is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Cindy holds certifications through the following organizations: iPEC, International Coach Federation, Center for Creative Leadership Suite of 360 assessments, iPEC Energy Leadership Index, and Everything Disc by Wiley.
When she is not working with leaders, you may find Cindy and her husband, Paul planning another adventure around the world in search of the world’s best wine regions, connecting with friends, or volunteering at the Animal Friends Humane Society to find homes for adoptable dogs and cats.
