As Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Leadership Excelleration (LE), Brent Carter has extensive experience in coaching senior leaders to break through barriers, increase their effectiveness and maximize their capabilities to lead at a higher level. He is adept at working with teams, helping them reveal issues that impact their cohesiveness and productivity, while leveraging their strengths to achieve unprecedented results.
Brent takes a consultative approach in working with organizations, to fully understand their needs and work with them to identify solutions that bolster their success. With over 20 plus years of leadership development experience and specializations in leader assimilation and emotional intelligence, Brent has a passion for helping leaders become the next best version of themselves. Prior to joining the LE team, he provided executive coaching and team development for Fifth Third Bank, where he also led the Talent Management function for several years.
Brent is certified in 360 assessment instruments including Profiler for Executives and Managers (PDI), Leadership Practices Inventory, DiSC Profile and Emotional Competence Inventory. He also facilitates sessions on Strengths Finder and Strengths Based Leadership, utilizing those assessments. Brent graduated from the Ball State University School of Business, holds a leadership coaching certification from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Master for The Leadership Challenge.
