With over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching and development, leadership development, HR strategy, business performance, speaking and facilitation; Benjamin’s collaborative approach and keen understanding of various work environments and the increasing pressures to meet customer and client needs allows him to relate and easily work with individuals at all levels.
Prior to joining the LE team, he held senior leadership roles across global retail and logistics, military defense, manufacturing, healthcare, startup, consulting, and higher education organizations. Through these environments he has cultivated an ability to deeply connect with teams across organizations, to improve trust and integrity and quickly identify the real work that needs to be done.
Benjamin is certified in 360 degree assessment instruments including DDI, Human Synergistic LSI, DiSC Profile Assessment and Coaching. In addition he is a certified facilitator of the DDI Interaction Management Program, Behavioral Interviewing System, and Success Profiles Competency Management, along with Vital Smarts Crucial Accountability. He holds degrees from Indiana University (BS), University of Cincinnati (BS) in Information Technology, and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
