Diane Egbers

Diane is owner of Leadership Excelleration, Inc. which provides Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Management services.

Diane understands her client’s needs given her prior experience as VP of Human Resources.  For the past 18 years it has been her passion and purpose to serve senior leaders as a dynamic coach, facilitator and management consultant.  Diane works collaboratively with clients to set and achieve goals that involve cultivating the strengths of key talent and realizing potential for success at organization, team and individual levels.  This may include:  coaching key leaders, facilitating more than thirty leadership topics with individual executives and senior leadership teams.  Diane is highly skilled in assessing organizational capacity to improve leadership, culture and infrastructure capacity to engage teams and achieve results.

Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati as well as Executive Coaching and Hay Group Emotional Intelligence certifications.   Diane is a dynamic speaker at regional and national levels and has recently published articles on Leadership, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Effectiveness topics.

 

Karen Schenck

Karen, Partner with LEI Consulting, has a passion for helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive.  With more than 20 years of experience, she is an engaging, experienced consultant, facilitator and executive coach.  Karen inspires leaders by combining strategic insight with practical application, in order to maximize effectiveness and achieve results.  Prior to consulting, Karen held leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Bristol-Myers Squibb.  Her experience includes strengthening leadership capability, guiding the development of high performance teams, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, as well as managing well-known consumer products.

For more than a decade Karen has been on faculty for GE’s worldwide leadership development programs.  Clients represent a broad range of services and industries, including General Electric and global aviation customers, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Fifth Third Bank, US Bank, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Wellpoint, Inc., TriHealth, Lighthouse Youth Services, and UC Health.

Karen holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University.  She is the co-author of the book The Ascending Leader, a strategic guide for helping leaders succeed quickly in a new role. Certifications:  Myers Briggs, DISC, Hay Group – Emotional Intelligence, Linkage – Coaching Leaders, and Total Quality Transformation (TQT).

Brent Carter is a Senior Consultant / Executive Coach with LEI Consulting.  He has extensive experience in coaching senior leaders to break through barriers, increase their effectiveness and maximize their capabilities to lead at a higher level.  He is adept at working with teams, helping them reveal issues that impact their cohesiveness and productivity, while leveraging their strengths to achieve unprecedented results.  

Brent takes a consultative approach in working with organizations, to fully understand their needs and work with them to identify solutions that bolster their success.  With over 20 plus years of leadership development experience and specializations in leader assimilation and emotional intelligence, Brent has a passion for helping leaders become the next best version of themselves.  Prior to joining the LEI team, he provided executive coaching and team development for Fifth Third Bank, where he also led the Talent Management function for several years.  

Brent is certified in 360 assessment instruments including Profiler for Executives and Managers (PDI), Leadership Practices Inventory, DiSC Profile and Emotional Competence Inventory.  He also facilitates sessions on Strengths Finder and Strengths Based Leadership, utilizing those assessments.  Brent graduated from the Ball State University School of Business, holds a leadership coaching certification from Case Western Reserve University and is a Certified Master for The Leadership Challenge.
